EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: The End-User License Agreement
("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Phillip Sassano for the software product accompanying this
EULA. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this
EULA, do not install, copy, or use the software.

The SOFTWARE is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties.
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
a. This EULA grants you the right to install and use the
SOFTWARE for 30 days. You must purchase a license for the
SOFTWARE if you use the SOFTWARE for longer than 30 days.

b. Documentation. The author grants you a nonexclusive royalty-free right to
reproduce and distribute all or portions of the documentation
accompanying the licensee SOFTWARE product, provided that you do not
modify the documentation.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
a. Limitations on Reverese Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You many not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is
expressly permitted by applicable law
notwishstanding this limitation.
c. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the author may
terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this
EULA. In this event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.

3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE, the
accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE are
owned by Phillip Sassano. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws
and international treaty provisions. You must treat SOFTWARE
like any other copyrighted material except that you may copy the
SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy
any printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.

LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. Phillip Sassano expressly disclaims any warranty for
the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is
provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of
use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Phillip
Sassano be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss
of business information, or any other loss) arising out of the use of or
inability to use this product, even if Phillip Sassano has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Some states/jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
so the above limitation may not apply to you. In this case, do not use the
SOFTWARE.
